Vacation Planner started as a solution to our own problem. As we planned our vacations we each found we ran into the same wall: planning as a group is exhausting. Booking flights, car rentals, hotels, and visas is hard enough, and then you still have to agree on the fun part, usually across WhatsApp, Google Calendar, Gmail, Dropbox, and Splitwise all at once. So we built the app we wished existed, one that pulls all of it into a single place where the whole group can see the full picture and weigh in. The logistics get organized and the decisions get made without the chaos. We use it for every trip now, which means it keeps getting better with each one.
Inspired Realty is a custom listings management system we built for our real estate clients, including some of the top performing agents and record holders in their markets. It gives them full control over their properties: setting statuses, arranging photos, and publishing open house times, all without a developer and all reflected on their live site right away. Most platforms lock agents into recurring subscriptions and per seat licensing that add up fast, so we took a different approach. Because we build this custom for each client, they get a tool tailored to how they actually work, without the ongoing cost of a third party platform. And since we own the code, feedback ships fast. When a client asks for a new feature, we build it and push it live quickly.
