A Cleaner Site, Built to Impress

Lotus Capital Corp had an established identity with strong colours and trusted fonts, but their website wasn’t doing it justice. The existing site felt flat and dated, and didn’t reflect the calibre of the business behind it. We kept what worked: the core colour palette and typography. Then we reimagined how those elements were used. Rounded edges, generous white space, and bold full-width imagery brought a sense of polish and confidence to every page. The goal was a site that felt premium without needing a full brand overhaul, and that’s exactly what we delivered. Visitors now land on a site that feels as credible as the company it represents.

#2

Design Process

Before a single line of code was written, we invested weeks working closely with the Lotus Capital Corp team in a structured design phase. Using Figma, we built detailed mockups of every page on both desktop and mobile, giving the Lotus team a clear visual preview of what their new site would look like before anything was built. Feedback was gathered round by round, and revisions were made until every page felt exactly right. There were no surprises at the finish line. This kind of transparency allows the final product to reflects what the client actually wanted.

#3

A Flexible Portfolio System

Lotus Capital Corp is an active firm, and their portfolio reflects that. Deals close, new investments are made, and the story of the business is always evolving. Their old site made it difficult to keep that story current. We built a simple templated system so that adding or updating a portfolio entry takes minutes, not a phone call to a developer. Every entry follows the same structure, so the page always looks consistent and intentional no matter how often it changes. The result is a portfolio page that genuinely reflects where the business is today, not where it was six months ago.

#4

Updated Brand Elements

Beyond the layout and content, a lot of thought went into the smaller design details that shape how a site feels. We introduced a richer use of Lotus’s blue tones throughout the site, giving it more depth and a stronger sense of brand identity. Curved section dividers replaced the harsh straight edges of the old site, creating a softer and more modern flow as visitors scroll through the pages. Subtle animations were added throughout as well, with elements fading in as visitors scroll down and buttons responding gently on hover. These touches are easy to miss individually, but together they give the site a sense of life and care. The result is a site that feels cohesive, intentional, and distinctly Lotus.
