We developed internally a system for looking up invoices in a FreshBooks account and processing to a Converge merchant account.
It supports tokenization of credit card details at a per client level, allowing clients to save their payment method, and optionally choose whether to automatically process payments. At this time the “Automatic Processing” functionality is simply a check box and viewable from the admin interface to confirm who has selected it.
